Deeter's Delectables

was born in the mind of our owner and founder Dee Henson over 20 years ago (now officially in 2016). Dee has always had a knack for food, and a love of serving others. Throughout adulthood, she trained in multiple restaurants and led multiple kitchens, but restaurant owning wasn't her dream. Once she knew catering was the way to go, all it took was for her business partner to grow out of diapers. Which brings us to our co-owner.


Dee's son Nicolai is co-owner and chef of Deeter's Delectables. Growing up around great food and obsessing about a certain scientific food show, Nicolai's dream has always been to cook. From an early age he was learning the ropes from his mom, making dinner for the family one night at 5 years old. He attended the Young Chef's Academy at age 12 and apprenticed at a bakery as a teenager. Now as an adult, the two have become a perfect team.
